Goldilocks and the three bears, is an old children's story about a little girl who wondered into a house. She ate porridge and then went into a bedroom and fell asleep. She was comfortable. Goldilocks seemed to not have a worry or a care in the world while in the home of three bears.
A child would not think much about this cartoon. However there is a Great Deception happening. It subconsciously teaches children that it's okay to wonder into someone else's home, eat their food and sleep in their bed.
And, there shouldn't be any consequences.
Most cartoons, just like movies, have hidden mental programming and truths to them.
What Goldilocks did was invade someone else's private space.
She ate food without permission.
This is called stealing.
If anyone today did what she did, it would be called breaking and entering. Theft.
One of The Ten Commandments is thy shalt not steal.
And this "cartoon" subconsciously taught children how to morally fail, to be okay with having your privacy invaded, and not to hold the offender accountable.
Though it is a cartoon, it demonstrates a lack of respect to someone else's boundaries. Today, we see adults not respecting or even expecting anyone to have boundaries. Except for themselves. Boundaries is seen as exclusion.
This is a moral failure.
