Ezekiel 37 tells a very vivid story about dry bones.
In the first part of the chapter, God gave Ezekiel instructions to prophesy to dry bones and breath. And he did.
The Apocryphal mentions the story of dry bones being prophesied to during the final day of judgment.
By the second part of chapter 37, God tells Ezekiel that 2 families will be brought together as 1, and the metaphor becomes a reality.
But there was one thing the allegory of Prophet Ezekiel demonstrated. And that's the fact that he lived to see God's prophecies come to pass in his lifetime.
The lesson of Ezekiel 37, is to know and understand that YOU, WE, will live to see God's prophecies comes to pass in our lifetime.
